YOUR ROLE AS A DENTAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
As a Dental Office Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. Your responsibilities will include efficiently checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments with a friendly and professional demeanor. You will have the opportunity to engage with patients, answering their treatment-related inquiries and providing necessary information with a compassionate approach. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering essential patient details, such as addresses, insurance information, and general dentist contact information, to maintain accurate records and streamline the administrative process.
YOUR SCHEDULE
You will work a 4-day work week of 36 hours. The rotating schedule will be posted in advance so you never have to wonder when you're scheduled to work.
REQUIREMENTS
One year of experience in an orthodontic office and three years in any dental office would be a plus!
