We are an established, multi-location, private orthodontic practice seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and up to two Saturdays a month from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. If you work a Saturday, you have the day off for the preceding Monday (you still a good weekend!)

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

· Speaking with patients about orthodontic treatment

· Discussing financial arrangements

· Providing a friendly and educational environment

Administrative duties include the following:

· Managing a fast-paced patient schedule

· Collecting payments

· Patient communications

· Maintaining doctor-to-doctor communications

· Securing appointments

· Verifying insurance

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
