What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with families and colleagues to confirm information
• Answer phones, text messages, emails to schedule all referral types and readmitted patients
• Manage individual queue of patients
• Complete insurance verification and enter insurance information for
  incomplete charts received
• Enter and maintain accurate information and communication notes in electronic medical
  record (EMR) and maintain confidentiality with protected health information (PHI)
• Connect referrals with clinicians efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of customer service
• Help children and families live their best lives

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required
• Must have experience entering data, sorting and formatting cells in Excel
• 2 years customer service experience in a Medical office or similar
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) - Required

​​Salary $17.00 - $22.00 an hour, Compensation dependent on experience.
