Job Description:
As a Patient Experience Specialist at TASL Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every patient receives the highest level of care and attention from their initial contact with our practice through their entire treatment journey. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, addressing patient inquiries and concerns, and facilitating seamless interactions between patients and healthcare providers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in sales-related activities to promote our services and support the growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, check-in, and registration processes
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person communication
- Educate patients about available services, treatment options, and payment plans
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in sales initiatives to promote practice services and meet revenue targets
- Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and identify opportunities for enhancement
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or patient care role is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families
