Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in a professional office setting. We are looking for:
Exceptional communication, customer service and people skills
Outgoing, friendly personality – Customer focused
Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
Self-motivated; can work independently
Practices business etiquette in written and oral communications
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Engli
· Experience in multi-family, hotel, hospitality, or other service experience preferred
POSITION DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints. This includes helping residents and prospects.
Answering phones following up as needed with resident issues.
Greeting residents and prospects
PHYSICAL, EQUIPMENT and ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT
Requires the ability to move throughout the property and the ability to climb stairs throughout the day
Lift and carry up to 20 pounds;
Alternate sitting / standing; keyboarding
Computer skills
Bend/stoop, climb stairs, walking consistently during shift
Requires the ability to work 40 hrs a week, any of the seven day
May require the individual to possess a valid Driver’s license and insurance
