The Hillsdale House, a local restaurant seeks a talented Chef with experience preparing restaurant meals. The successful candidate will lead in both culinary and administrative tasks while communicating with the General Manager. We’re looking for a professional who is dedicated to food quality, respect for others, and sets high standards for their output. Responsibilities:
- Food preparation and presentation
- Track, record, and replenish inventory as needed
- Cross-train kitchen staff
Necessary Skills:
- Cooking experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures
- High level of creativity and reliability
- Works well with others, supporting both kitchen and front room staff
