Clemens Food Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our human resources processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction. This role will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, optimizing systems, and supporting the overall success of our organization.

• HR Process Optimization: Review and refine HR processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Streamline workflows and implement best practices to enhance the employee experience.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Compliance Management: Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• HR Information Systems (HRIS): Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems. Leverage technology to automate processes, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
• Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts. Develop and implement onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives. Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver training programs that align with organizational goals.
• HR Metrics and Analytics: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, track key metrics, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
• Budget Management: Manage the HR department budget, including forecasting, planning, and tracking expenses. Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality HR services.
• Oversees and manages the timekeeping system, including pay rules, devices, groups, etc. Configures and updated Kronos systems as required."
• Collaborates with third party vendors to ensure support in meeting the human resources objectives. Partners with Information Technology Department to provide support with setting up and maintaining required interfaces.
