Kforce is Hiring a Human Resource Administrator Near Herndon, VA
- Human Resource Administrator will review competency and gap assessments to determine training needs for identified teams
- Research, identify, and recommend external resources to support identified training needs
- Interviews SMEs for internal resource development
- As a Human Resource Administrator, you will assist with creating timeline of development activities
- Research, identify, and recommend tools to measure the effectiveness of leadership and employee development programs
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
