As an HR Technician, you'll be responsible for a range of HR tasks, from screening applications to writing job announcements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Write and post job announcements across multiple platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and assist with candidate selection process
- Ensure compliance with basic employment laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
- Associate's degree in HR or related field
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Strong understanding of basic employment law
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in HR and/or recruiting preferred
