Duties
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Ensure efficient communication within the office
Skills
-Must have a medical background (Preferably a nursing background)
-Must have knowledge on the hospice industry
-Must have a network in the hospice industry
-Able to work in a fast paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
-Must have compassion to hospice patients and families
-Must be familiar with Hospicemd EMR system
- Knowledge of payroll processing and recordkeeping

Pay: $23.33 - $24.78 per hour
