Location: Glendale, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 45 per hourWe are seeking a dynamic Agency Account Manager to join our client's team and serve as the vital link between their clients and internal operations!In this role, you will need to have a high level of awareness of assigned business units, answer partner queries, and manage any tension points. It will be your responsibility to identify new opportunities to help resolve business challenges and be an expert at liaising with cross-functional partners throughout segments and enterprises to meet intended business goals.Candidates must be available to be in the Glendale office Mon-Thurs weekly and working from home on Friday. Responsibilities:Liaise within the department structure of Project Management, Creative, Production and, Business Affairs to ensure all work is being vetted and validated at the appropriate stages.Establish an entrepreneurial mindset, drive projects, and work with a high level of autonomy.Support the Account Management team that services the resorts to help ensure effective and smooth execution of marketing communications and advertising campaign tactics.Consult/interact/guide all internal teams during the creative process from inception through production and delivery while understanding your role in the process at every step.Independently sends and responds to client communications in a timely manner.Own all meeting and presentation preparation for partners; including but not limited to -- setting meeting agendas based on partner priorities and the project plan, delegating tasks for meeting prep, etc.Communicate internal leadership and partner feedback to the right internal team member(s) to make sure the feedback is incorporated into future deliverables.Work with Project Managers to ensure timelines are developed, internally approved, and shared with Marketing Strategy partners for all creative initiatives. Agreed-upon timelines should also be distributed to internal stakeholders as needed.Set up meetings as needed and capture detailed and digestible meeting notes to be used in recaps.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedEducation: Bachelors3 years of ad agency account management experience.Knowledge of communication media including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, OOH, and the production processes supporting them.Experience leading a high volume of projects and associated tactics.Knowledgeable of the full agency Account Management process and project tools (Like Workfront).Exude excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills with heightened attention to detail.Possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for making exceptional contributions for the greater good of the team.Entertainment industry experience preferred.
