Golden Glass, a leading company in the glass industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in accounts payable, labor compliance, and proficiency in Sage 100 Contractor software. Knowledge in HR practices is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Utilize Sage 100 Contractor software for financial tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Assist in monthly closings, financial audits, and preparing reports.
- HR-related tasks are optional but appreciated, including managing employee records and assisting in HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable and labor compliance.
- Proficiency in Sage 100 Contractor software is a must.
- Basic understanding of HR practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
