Description

• Assists with full administration of all benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA (Health & Dependent Care), HSA (Health Saving Account), Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, etc.
• Monitors and supports benefit in arrears premium payments process for employees out on leave to pay their benefit premiums and process benefit terminations for non-payment.
• Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS system to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
• Provides ongoing audits to ensure accuracy of all benefit data within HRIS system.
• Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
• Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes at escalated level of need and detail.
• Assists with the open enrollment process and helps to answer escalated questions.
• Manages benefits invoice processing and premium adjustments.
• Process tuition reimbursement payments as applicable.
• Updating and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains employee confidence by keeping benefit information confidential.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional certification a plus.
• 3-5 years of Benefits Administration experience required. Prefer experience to be in a large, fast- paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Excel vLookup, pivot tables and formula skills

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Familiarity with UKG (desired, but not required)
