Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Duties:

- Utilize accounting software QuickBooks and Sage50 to manage financial transactions
- Perform double-entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Handle corporate accounting tasks with precision
- Familiarity with governmental accounting standards is a plus

- Must be Bilingual - English - Spanish
