Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of financial concepts.

Duties:

- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software

- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments

- Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations

- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets

- Assist with tax preparation and filing

- Perform account reconciliation and analysis

- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role

- Proficient in using accounting software

- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles

- Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
