Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts payable and receivable duties and strong customer service skills.
Duties:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor or customer statements and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks and Cinc
- Understand debits, credits, and basic accounting concepts
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors, customers, and internal teams
