We are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our team in the manufacturing industry in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This role is critical to building and nurturing consultative relationships with business leaders, managing the grievance process, and providing leadership to operational efforts. You will also be tasked with analyzing key performance metrics, utilizing HR technologies, and developing programs to improve employee engagement and operational efficiency. For immediate consideration please contact Dane Nelson @ 608-716-5791.Responsibilities: • Establish and sustain advisory relationships with business leaders, offering guidance to optimize team performance.• Oversee the complaint process, interpret collective bargaining agreements, and provide advice on contractual terms interpretation/application.• Lead operational efforts to ensure market competitiveness, encouraging a culture of ongoing improvement, engagement, and responsibility.• Evaluate crucial performance indicators to assess the employee relations environment and suggest enhancements.• Gather and analyze HR metrics from various sources like HRIS, payroll outputs, employee feedback, exit talks, employment records, and more.• Employ HR technologies effectively to heighten HR efficiency, automate manual HR tasks, and offer business insights through data analytics.• Create initiatives to boost employee involvement and operational efficiency. Actively spot opportunities and evaluate enhancements to the employee experience, collaborating with management for implementing lasting solutions.• Stay well-informed about labor and employment laws. Consult with legal counsel when necessary and guide management on legal issues.• Partner with internal client teams to improve organizational capability through targeted Learning & Development initiatives.• Engage in talent management activities such as talent calibrations, skill gap assessments, succession planning, and development planning.• Oversee all HR activities for the operation, ensuring consistency with larger business and departmental goals.
