Serves as Human Resources Director over reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Responsible for the administration and oversight of all day-to-day operations of the human resources function across the organization, employee relations, recruitment and retention, and worker’s compensation areas. Interfaces with the parent healthcare system to ensure facility processes and strategies align. Several HR functions are centralized and administered by such as Benefits, Leaves of Absence, Legal and Payroll. This is a hands-on role leading a small team. The Director needs to have the balance to fill in frequently for staff in performing the transactional HR duties along with the providing HR leadership to the organization. Attention to detail, team player and flexibility would be the key strengths for a successful applicant
Supervisory Accountability
Responsible for the supervision of human resources staff at multiple facilities. Directs and coordinates two or more departments through subordinate department managers. Reviews and evaluates overall performance of departments and establishes long-term goals and objectives. Reviews, evaluates and approves training and development objectives and programs.
