We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our company through strategic planning, sales initiatives, and customer relationship management. If you have a passion for, business development, and market expansion, we want to hear from you! This is a salary plus commission position that will have the right candidate earning $100,000-$125,000 in year one.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
```Qualifications```
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles
