Blast reps earn commissions on every item sold, generating a significantly higher revenue stream compared to our competitors. As an Account Executive for Blast Athletics, you will build and maintain relationships within your community. You will connect with coaches, athletic directors, and booster clubs, offering solutions to their most pressing challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect new business through in-person visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Set meetings to educate decision-makers on the Blast Difference.
• Teach programs how to use Blast.
• Launch fundraisers.
• Provide customer support to your programs.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated.
• Organized.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with various personalities and maintain a positive, flexible attitude.
• Knowledge of a smartphone (required).
• Sales experience (preferred).
• Experience using a CRM (preferred).

Position Details:

• This is a 1099 position, offered with a base salary commission, with the goal of transitioning to commission-only.
• Driver's license & Reliable transportation is required.
• This is a remote position, though you will spend a significant amount of time in the field.
