We are a commercial Janitorial company. We are seeking Janitor / Floor Tech to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities : Janitor
A Janitor's duties and responsibilities can include general cleaning of a building and keeping it maintained and in good condition .
This can include vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash and recycling and washing and cleaning windows and mirrors.
Responsibilities : Floor Teach
- Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.
- Moving furniture before and after cleaning.
- Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.
- Measuring chemicals correctly.
- Labeling chemicals correctly.
Qualifications :
- Ability lift 50lb
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle a flexible schedule
- Must be punctual
