HOURS
Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5:00pm
 
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Supervisor is a working sales supervisor position that will oversee, lead and develop short term and long term sales plans for a team of inside, hybrid, and outside sales representatives.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • $70,000 - $85,000 Salary (depending on experience).
  • Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Supervises an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned job on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensures team members meet ongoing needs of clients, accounts, projects and prospects while accomplishing individual revenue goals with accompanying sales proactivity.
  • Learns, trains and enforces usage of CRM system
  • Coach and mentor and motivate team members to set and achieve written sales goals
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Tracks and monitors sales activity to report to leadership . 
  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs as needed support to the team; identifies and suggests equipment, products or services to meet those needs.
  • Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
  • Assigns customers to sales team members based on experience and request types.
  • Learn the industry and understand the custom nature of products through shadowing, job process audits and ongoing training.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate’s degree (or higher) in Business, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least two (2) years of sales leadership experience or similar.
  • At least three years of sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, CSM product or related software.
