Responsible for helping to create a Wow experience when leading interactions with clients by consistently exceeding expectations.
Tasked with administrating the support for our Client Service Consultant team, this candidate will use independent judgment and decision-making to support the delivery of customized AfinidaHR Human Resource service solutions that positively impact our clients’ businesses and result in retention and growth.
Proactively consulting with and regularly following-up or reviewing client needs with the consulting team to develop, implement and monitor Human Resources items associated with the service plans.
This role also helps to communicate legal requirements and government regulations changes to clients to ensure clients’ policies, procedures and actions are in compliance.

Responsibilities : Provides support to the Consulting team who give guidance and service, focusing on liability management, including HR metrics, trainings, management coaching, policy development and administration;
Supports success of clients through the planning and administration of programs to enhance productivity and reduce liability through improved communications and HR practices.
Two to four years minimum Human Resource or administrative experience with emphasis on HR preferred. Compensation : - Non-exempt - $20.
