Speedway is Hiring a HRIS Specialist Near Enon, OH
Core ResponsibilitiesAssists the department in daily system administration; assists other departments with questions; troubleshoots issues within our HR systems; monitors the department's shared email box; maintains operating knowledge of our HR systems utilized by the assigned department; documents system processes and business processes/procedures.
Skills
- Ability to learn new processes and information systems quickly
- Effective listening, telephone, verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, professional attitude and adaptive to change
- Experience with Workday or other HR information systems
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time in a relatively stationary position
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing and reaching
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be able to multi-task and function in a fast pace work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
