Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of general Human Resources Practices and Employment Law including confidentiality requirements, HIPAA, COBRA, PII.
- Ability to independently meet deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills; advanced proficiency in MS Office products.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work as team member while meeting individual performance goals.
- Onboarding for new-hire employees.
- Data entry for payroll and Pilot Records.
- Support benefits administration to include enrollments, terminations, and conducting regular audits of benefits files.
- Conduct monthly audits as directed to ensure HR and Records compliance.
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment, Pilot and record keeping.
- Serve as an ambassador of the company’s culture and core values.
- Support HR activities, including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, recordkeeping, policy updates, etc.
- Serve as backup of payroll processing through ADP
- Additional work as assigned
- 2-3 years of experience in the HR and/or payroll field ADP Payroll experience
