Robert Half is Hiring a Sr HR Business Partner Near Englewood, CO

DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner in Englewood, Colorado. This role plays a significant role in our HR team within the telecom provider industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including compensation administration, compliance, and employee relations, among others. The role also involves executive leadership and requires the ability to build strong relationships within the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Engage in ADP Workforce Now to manage HR-related tasks
  • Oversee the administration of compensation packages
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Handle employee relations and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide executive leadership within the HR team
  • Attend and contribute to executive meetings
  • Build strong relationships within the organization to foster a positive work environment
  • Utilize your skills to build relationships with various stakeholders
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
  • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software.
  • Demonstrated experience in Compensation Administration.
  • Proven knowledge of Compliance in HR practices.
  • Solid experience in managing Employee Relations.
  • Previous experience working with Executive Leadership and facilitating Executive Meetings.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships within the organization.
  • Proven track record of fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
