Responsibilities
- Engage in ADP Workforce Now to manage HR-related tasks
- Oversee the administration of compensation packages
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Handle employee relations and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Provide executive leadership within the HR team
- Attend and contribute to executive meetings
- Build strong relationships within the organization to foster a positive work environment
- Utilize your skills to build relationships with various stakeholders
- Ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software.
- Demonstrated experience in Compensation Administration.
- Proven knowledge of Compliance in HR practices.
- Solid experience in managing Employee Relations.
- Previous experience working with Executive Leadership and facilitating Executive Meetings.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships within the organization.
- Proven track record of fostering strong professional relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
