Our client in Edison, NJ is looking for a Sales Coordinator . This is a Direct Hire Career Opportunity! This role is Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Assist with preparation of Fiscal and Mid-Year Budgets.
- Create and Run Sales Reports
- Work in tandem with the Team and customers for item set- ups
- Work with Managers on researching potential new customers.
- Keep price lists up to date for different markets.
- Help with both Aged & Excess stock and raw materials as well as back orders & cancelled items
- Manage Catalog Set-Up’s for accounts
- Work as a liaison between all departments when working on projects.
- Work with IT to make processes more efficient
- Attend Sales Cluster meetings and other sales related meetings
- Assist with workflow and scheduling
REQUIREMENTS :
- Familiarity with Adobe software packages of Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Publisher, and Paint
- 3 - 5 Years Sales Coordinator experience
- Must have working experience for a sales driven, customer focused business
- Strong Presentation skills
- College degree required
