Talent Acquisition Specialist

Fantastic Knoxville Company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist! Pay : $45,000-$55,000 Great benefits!

Requirements :

  • 1 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is a bonus!
  • Experience in sales is a bonus!
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities :
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Process and maintain personnel files
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Periodically attend home shows to network
  • Other duties as needed
