The Group Les Grands Chais de France (GCF), first French wine exporter, is present in the majority of the French wine producing regions as well as wines of the world. The Group realizes more than 80 % of its turnover in the export. In view of its international successes, GCF is expanding its operations into the USA through Advantage International Importer. To strengthen its admin team Advantage Int. is recruiting an Accounts Payable Coordinator based in Doral, Florida, USA.

The missions are the following :

• Review monthly payments to vendors and verify for accuracy and changes
• Assist in month end closing by providing necessary provisions for payables
• Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments
• Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate
• Track and Maintain historical records in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Improve payment process by implement new ways of payments for time optimization
• Prepare analysis of accounts and produce monthly reports (Domestic/French entities)
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• In charge of monthly cash forecast created by vendor and payment terms
• Process check requests and obtain all signatures accordingly
• Respond to all vendor inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Assist with adhoc projects as needed

The profile that we are looking for is the following :

• You have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an accounting department
• You are a critical thinker and team player – challenges the status quo
• A problem solver with time management skills
• You have excellent excel skills (pivots & vlookups preferably)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
