Immediate need in the Doral area for an entry level AP clerk. The role does require at least 1 year of AP experience.
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies
- Prepare and process journal entries for accounts payable transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to accounts payable
- Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable transactions
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Strong data entry skills
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
