CINC Systems is Hiring a Sales Development Representative Near Duluth, GA

DescriptionCINC Systems is the leading software as a service (SaaS) provider of homeowner and condo association accounting and management software. With CINC, property management companies are able to more effectively handle management, accounting and banking operations. CINC is growing fast by providing an outstanding cloud-based product, and world class service.
CINC is growing its sales team and looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This temporary assignment is expected to start immediately and last through September 1st with the possibility of extension.
Your role as Sales Development Representative will be to engage and qualify industry professionals to create prospect pipeline for CINC Account Executives, while simultaneously preparing you for a career in sales at CINC.

Responsibilities of this hybrid role:
  • Learn the value of CINC's solutions and properly articulate the value CINC provides to customers
  • Uncover new business opportunities by prospecting, driving, and building relationships with prospects
  • Make at least 75 outreaches per day to prospects via cold calling, LinkedIn, and emails
  • Qualify prospects by asking the right questions about their business and understanding their needs
  • Work closely with Senior Account Executives on cadence and strategy around prospects
  • Attend daily and weekly meetings and provide feedback on challenges and opportunities as you engage with prospects
  • Proven work experience in a customer facing role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including but not limited to cold calling, email marketing, prospecting/sourcing
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft suite is a plus
  • Good time management and analytical skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Great storyteller with excellent communication and written skills
  • A self-starter that seeks out opportunities for improvements
  • A college degree is NOT required.
Requirements
  • Customer focus is a key ingredient to our success. This experience could have been gained with a SaaS company, or in other customer focused fields such as Retail or Service Industry. If you are interested in transitioning into Tech, this is a great role to get in on the ground floor and grow.
