Alpareno Restaurant Group is looking for a Service Manager to join the award-wining team! The Service Manager work closely with the GM to ensure high quality service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Implement and maintain high level service and hospitality standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role in an upscale restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and elevated service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
