Love Discovery Institute is Hiring an Administrative Assistant- Part Time Near Coral, FL

Love Discovery Institute is actively seeking an adaptable, highly motivated, and diligent Admin Social Media Specialist with some Community Engagement Focus to join our team in Coral Gables. If you're a dedicated, hardworking individual who thrives on delivering excellence, you'll fit right in. This role goes beyond standard administrative work; it's an opportunity to elevate our social media presence, enhance client engagement, and build essential community relationships. We're looking for someone proficient in using Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, with a knack for staying updated on ChatGPT other AI trends. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow with our expanding company and takes pride in their work.

This is in-person position (not virtual) you must reside in Miami

Monday - Thursday 2PM to 7PM at our Coral Gables Office

Friday (sometimes on site, sometimes offsite schedule will vary for social media task)

20 hour work week

Strong foundation in formulating a digital marketing strategy, creation, development and deployment of digital content - which would include intentionality plus the delegating while also managing the daily admin task.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

  • Efficiently manage daily office operations.
  • Seamlessly transition between roles, from financial management to spearheading innovative projects.
  • Act as the vital link between clients and therapists, ensuring they meet their goals.
  • Handle appointments and client care coordination efficiently.
  • Optimize office systems for peak efficiency.
  • Manage referrals and appointment scheduling.
  • Strong phone sales background.
  • Maintain meticulous client records in electronic health systems.
  • Expedite clients' initial appointments.
  • Communicate expectations and appointment prerequisites clearly.
  • Match clients with therapists based on their unique needs.
  • Respond to emails, draft scripts, design forms, and handle other necessary duties.
  • Undertake various projects and tasks presented by the CEO, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership.
  • Call Calling - finding local partners to get on the referral network.

Social Media and Engagement: 

  • Elevate our social media presence and boost engagement.
  • Collaborate with our content creator to craft compelling content tailored to diverse social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer comments, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and trends for brand promotion.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand's presence on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok while fostering active engagement.
  • Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each platform to encourage meaningful interactions with our audience.
  • Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, scheduling regular posts to maintain a consistent online presence, and use storytelling techniques to keep the audience captivated.
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster ongoing discussions.
  • Implement strategies to keep the online community engaged, such as interactive Q&A sessions, polls, challenges, and live events.

Networking and Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers, psychiatrists, and other professionals who can refer clients to our practice.
  • Actively collaborate with healthcare partners to cross-promote services and support each other's growth, creating a symbiotic professional network.
  • Identify opportunities for joint events, workshops, or referral programs to enhance our reach and foster mutual growth.

Community Engagement:

  • Cultivate meaningful relationships within the community to become a trusted resource for mental health support and education.

Innovation and Networking:

  • Initiate and execute innovative projects like starting a podcast.
  • Build new relationships through cold calling and networking to enhance community visibility.
  • Build relationships and connections with industry professionals.
