JOB SUMMARY
Account Coordinators play a central role to our business by collecting and organizing the need-to-know information and resources our internal teams depend on to consistently deliver a strategic and flawless execution. They align and build momentum across internal teams, and lead agency workflow through ongoing project management and detailed internal communications. For the right person, the Account Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to learn the agency business from the ground up. We actively train our coordinators to execute across a variety of disciplines like, Digital Marketing, Paid Media, Social Media, and Creative Execution. Adcom’s full-service capabilities and team experts will prepare you as a strategic marketer who confidently provides marketing recommendations and leads their flawless execution by managing an interdisciplinary team of marketing professionals. In this role it is important to gain a deep understanding of Adcom and your assigned client’s businesses. A persistent drive to learn, contribute to a team effort, and tireless work-ethic are core attributes of our most successful ACs.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Account Coordinators lead the Strategic Execution of work.
PROJECT INITIATION, DOCUMENTATION AND MANAGEMENT
•Provide teams with accurate, complete, and actionable information
•Write project briefs, work orders and revision forms
•Create project timelines, manage daily tasks to ensure seamless execution
•Recognize and fulfill the need for missing information
•Document and communicate ongoing progress via project status reports
•Organize milestone and status meetings; create agendas and document meeting notes
•Schedule agency resources leveraging agency workflow tools and processes
•Set and maintain honest expectations across internal teams for assigned projects
CREATION, EXECUTION AND PERFORMANCE:
• Manage internal traffic processes, monitor committed media/content schedules, and
proactively identify the need to initiate campaign/production/content requirements
• Contribute to the Quality Assurance (QA) of agency deliverables, ensuring they are error-free,
aligned to project documentation and meet internal and client team objectives
• Support the development of client status reports, client presentations, client creative, media
recommendations, competitive reports, and alerts (as applicable).
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
•Support internal scoping and estimating processes, input estimates into Advantage
•Manage estimates for assigned projects and alert team of projects nearing overage of scope
•Support monthly billing and invoicing processes, maintain financial tracking documents
•Develop an understanding of our agency pricing model, gain confidence in its application
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Forward thinking, anticipate needs for both Adcom and client teams to deliver on assignments

CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE
•1-2 years experience•Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word•Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities•Perpetually curious, self-starting, and dependable•Flexible, nimble, resourceful, and coachable•Motivated and eager to take on new challenges
