Floaties Swim School is a family-owned swim school with two locations in San Diego County (and more on the way!). We are looking for team members that want to make a difference and are looking for stable employment, in a carefree environment, with other like-minded individuals. Our team is made up of people from all different backgrounds and skill sets – you don’t have to know how to swim to be an awesome swim instructor!
We provide paid training on site and ongoing education opportunities. Those with previous swim experience should mention that in their application since you may qualify to teach our more advanced classes.
