Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Payroll Coordinator.
Job Description:
Position: Payroll Coordinator
Pay rate: $24.42 - $25.71/hr
Duration: 13 months
Location: Chicago, IL
Description:
Onsite position. 2-3 years’ experience as a payroll coordinator. payroll certification preferred. Responsibilities include: Due to UKG going live, the payroll team is 2 pay periods behind in processing payroll adjustments. Collecting and analyzing information to resolve payroll discrepancies as well as answer questions and process requests for both the Payroll Manager and the employees. Process employee data (new hires, terminations, changes, earnings, withholdings).
