Job Description:

IVme Wellness Aesthetics is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds for operations
• Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist with audits and regulatory compliance as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
