The Payroll Administrator is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of payroll administration in accordance with best practices, legal requirements, and organizational priorities. As the Payroll Administrator, you'll have primary accountability for accurate and timely payroll processing and payroll records management. This position serves as primary resource for managing employee payroll data and reporting needs for internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for identifying system issues, tracking internal payroll trends, and effectively collaborating across functions to ensure process alignment. The Payroll Administrator reports to the Controller.
