The bilingual HR Manager will foster a dynamic workplace and align HR strategies with company goals by overseeing HR services, collaborating across departments, and driving success in a manufacturing setting. This contract-to-hire position is on-site in Chaska, MN, with compensation of $94,000-$121,000 and offers growth potential in a people-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations and Talent Strategy: Foster positive employee relations and collaborate with leaders to implement HR and talent strategies addressing acquisition, retention, and succession planning needs.
• Compensation, Benefits, and Development: Monitor trends and propose competitive rewards programs, support learning and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Safety and Compliance: Promote a safety culture, manage Worker’s Compensation claims, maintain safety records, and participate in compliance audits and unemployment hearings.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the talent acquisition process, collaborate with managers to identify required competencies, and maintain metrics to evaluate recruitment strategies.
• HRIS Maintenance and Reporting: Generate reports for management insights and support HRIS implementation and maintenance to streamline HR processes.
• Workforce Planning: Coach leaders on using data for labor planning and consult with Site Leaders on strategies for managing workforce needs, including scheduling and temporary staffing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both written and oral Spanish is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing with a comprehensive understanding of OSHA and safety standards required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required, or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Ability to collaborate with leaders to drive HR and talent strategies while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and employment laws.
• Certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desired.
