Responsibilities :

• Be the Single Point of Contact for all customer facing End User Services and work with Customer stakeholders for any issues.
• Hands on experience on diagnosing Microsoft products such as Office 365, Teams.
• Manage field technicians and video conference equipment in various sites.
• Ability to work on ServiceNow and generate appropriate reports as and when required for better analysis and Service Improvement.
• Experience in handling technical escalations and maintain SLAs.
• Strong knowledge in ITIL process Incident, service request, Change & Problem.
• Ensure compliance as outlined in the Security policies and standards.
• Take ownership of issues to reach a resolution for all appropriate service requests and incidents.

Qualifications :

• 3 to 5 years of experience with Data Center IT support.
• Windows 10 / 11 and Mac support experience.
• 5 years of experience with setting up / troubleshooting meeting room IT equipment.
