Small busy coffee shop in need of a full-time pastry chef/baker. Looking for someone to work full time with rotating weekends. This is a third shift position, hours are flexible on working overnight or starting at 3 am but all pastries need to be ready when the coffee shop opens at 7 on weekdays and 8 on weekends.
You will be working with our current pastry chef and demonstrate consistency and ability to be creative and come up with new ideas for pastries.
Experience in a scratch-kitchen preferred.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience
