Role: Enterprise Infrastructure Architect

Location: Cleveland, OH

Description:

• Collaborate closely with the customer Architect team and customer Strategic Planner teams to evaluate various approaches and provide recommendations to advance our architecture towards the target state.
• Demonstrate a strategic mindset and a comprehensive understanding of the big picture across multi-year horizons, delivering insights with superior communication and presentation skills.
• Optimize delivery timeframes by implementing LEAN methodologies, eliminating waste, and reducing lead time to value.
• Ensure continuity of discussions by providing top-down, long-term customer architectural viewpoints to maintain persistent alignment across the organization.
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on technical solutions and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical solutions within a business context.
• Proficiency in LEAN methodologies and experience in driving process optimization initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to envision long-term architectural goals and translate them into actionable plans.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment and the ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams.
• Well, organized with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision with quick learning skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,863.23 - $120,211.64 per year
