Maple Knoll Communities is Hiring a Sales and Marketing Coordinator Near Cincinnati, OH
Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community, located in Springdale OH is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Coordinator. The hours for this position are 9a-5p, the ideal candidate must have some flexibility with their schedule as some Marketing events can go into the evenings. This is a salaried position, with a range of salary of $49,500 - $53,000. Pay is based on prior experience.
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive resident growth.
The ideal candidate will:
- Responsible for answering the main Marketing phone line.
- Provides support to walk in visitors – first person contact.
- Provides tour assistance as needed.
- Assist incoming residents with their new home selections.
- Oversight of new resident info into our CRM and EMR.
- Input resident applications and demographics.
- Prospect tasks follow up as directed by Senior Director of Marketing.
- Oversight for Marketing events including room reservations, set ups, and food request, and RSVP’s.
- Keep inventory and order of marketing supplies, materials, brochures, etc.
- Assemble prospect marketing packets.
- Act as a primary contact for incoming residents and their families for all details associated with pending moves and waiting list activities.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure unit renovations and preparedness for occupancy.
- Track and report renovations of open and reserved IL, AL, MC units to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with the sales team, assisting with all marketing and sales tasks.
- Collect information from local retirement communities for a yearly competitor analysis.
- Oversight of Club MKV
- Develop, implement, and execute community marketing events and initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns to generate sufficient inbound leads for the sales team to meet budgeted occupancy goals.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to IL, AL, MC residency applications, deposits, assessments, and agreements. Collect and route application fees, entrance fees, deposits, and other admission-related charges to the Billing Specialist.
