- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field or a combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a high transactional volume customer focused role with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business/science-related discipline.
- Excellent organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and able to change direction as needed or requested.
- Ability to operate in multiple different capacities and environments.
- High attention to detail.
- Highly effective time management.
- Competency with Microsoft Office products (CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
- Maintaining Inside Sales Territory Accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
- Record, and manage leads passed from various internal and external sources.
- Understand specific customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively both externally and internally.
- Sample Follow Up Report and Jacobsen Report distribution.
- Maintain records (quotes, sales, call reports, etc.) in CRM for inside sales territory accounts.
- Analyze or produce monthly and quarterly sales reports for business leaders and others.
- Domestic Travel – Less than 20% including 4 trips to Cincinnati for quarterly sales meetings.
