The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a crucial role in the success of our compensation programs. You will be responsible for analyzing, recommending, and implementing compensation programs, policies and procedures that align with our Total Rewards strategy. We need a great communicator with an analytical mind to consult with leaders and serve as a subject matter expert on compensation issues and programs.
This is a hybrid position with occasional in-state travel. The role can be located in Thief River Falls, MN or Bloomington, MN.
