The Membership Services Coordinator will provide outstanding customer service to members, potential members, and guests as it relates to billing and membership information while also carrying out various administrative duties to support the department.Hours of operation are Monday-Fridays 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-4pm.This position may either be a full-time position (1 person) or 2 part-time positions. Must be available to work Saturdays and Monday - Friday. Need to be flexible. Customer Service and engaging conversation with Members and Prospects. Provide the members with proper documentation and retrieve all necessary information, then deliver seamlessly to the Billing Specialist.• Schedule and conduct tours for potential and new members. Responsible for up-to-date knowledge of club-wide programs and services.• Prepare prospective member packets and ensure that all forms and membership information hand outs are stocked at all times.• Maintain membership database as it relates to membership services.• Responsible for the assimilation of new members such as notifying them when they’ve been entered into the system, scheduling a time to get their picture taken and preparing welcome packet with various certificates and information on their new membership.• Responsible for providing information on the various membership types and explaining the policies and procedures outlined in the bylaws. Must be able to filter special requests to the Membership Director• Attend sponsorship events and sales events at the request of the Membership Director.• Perform clerical work such as filing paperwork, copying, faxing and scanning of important membership documents.• Maintain knowledge of the Bellevue Club, its purpose, operating and service philosophy and awareness of programs and activities in all areas.• Be knowledgeable of Bellevue Club policies, rules and regulations and enrollment processes.
