The Law Office of Xiaomin Hu, a fast-growing boutique immigration firm, is seeking a full-time bilingual immigration case manager to join our office in Bellevue WA or Irvine CA.

Our firm primarily focuses on employment-based immigration petitions such as EB1A, EB1B, EB1C, EB2, EB3, EB5 and non-immigration working visas such as H, O, E and L.

Duties:

• Draft and edit petition forms and support letters for USCIS petitions and applications
• Organize supporting documents and compile evidence to be submitted with applications
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding document preparation and case filing
• Assign translation work to the agency, check all translations, and provide feedback
• Manage cases effectively to make sure the turnaround time
• Answer potential clients’ questions regarding general information, set up appointments for the attorney
• Support client billing needs of attorneys and check invoices on a regular basis

Qualification:

• Must be able to read and type in Chinese and English
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• 2-3 years of working experience in an employment-based immigration firm preferred, especially L1 and EB1C cases
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Good work attitude and ethics
• Must have a good common sense and ability to work efficiently
• Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
