RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general grounds keeping duties to maintain the appearance and functionality of the property.
- Landscape and maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas.
- Use hand tools and power tools to trim, mow, and edge lawns.
- Irrigate plants and ensure proper watering schedules.
- Remove weeds, debris, and fallen leaves from outdoor areas.
- Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Maintain cleanliness of walkways, parking lots, and common areas.
- Perform routine maintenance on grounds keeping equipment.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in grounds keeping or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in groundskeeping.
- Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
