Responsibilities:

MANUFACTURING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXP. a plus

  • Reviewing, entering, and acknowledging customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Responding to customer sales requests , lead times and current order status in a prompt and professional manner, and communicating customer requests, concerns, and expectations through the proper channels within the organization.
  • Organizing daily shipments to customers

Requirements:

  • Effective telephone communications skills
  • Reliable and able to work with attention to detail
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in time management and customer conflict resolution
  • Possess excellent computer application/data entry skills with Microsoft Office software with a focus on excel & word
  • Experience with customer based web portals is a plus
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities, be self motivated and possess problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Hourly based on experience
