Origis Energy is Hiring a Client Relationship Manager Near Austin, TX
Position Description:
Origis Services is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for comprehensive management of key O&M customer accounts; duties include communication, monitoring and tracking activities while being the point of contact for a portfolio of the company’s O&M customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients with a thorough understanding of the customer’s strategy, priorities, and organization
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client base
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Maintain regular communication and quarterly business reviews to ensure satisfaction of service and address issues
- Develop strategy for improved customer value and increased level of service
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are being met
- Implements and improves processes as needed to facilitate increased levels of service
- Establish best practices and implement process for streamlining invoicing
- Track and process billables, resolve disputes on invoices, etc.
- Identify areas of concern in the project portfolio and strategize to solve issues
- Develop and participate in change management for continuous development of standard operating procedures
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on account status and progress
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the energy industry with preference for solar experience
- Cross-Functional project management experience is preferred
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts
- Competence in Microsoft products (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SAP, and Salesforce
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to present and communicate internally and externally
- Ability to help build and strengthen an organization, building structure over time
Travel: Up to 20% as needed
